"be yourself- everyone else is already taken"
My real name is Patricia Beykrat and most of the day I'm something on the lines of student/ writer/ artist/ friend with one additional function: if the ah-so-gracious Providence allots me some extra free time (which, due to certain briberies, often happens), I can also afford getting into my own skin: dedicated Francophile, history maniac, admirer of haute couture, run-away-from-me-if-you're-boring, jewelry addicted, committed feminist, Paris fan, soon-to-be-eccentric and all the rest.
What's vital to know is my deeply, profoundly and irrevocably falling in love with art from cradle caused a devotion I manifest by worshiping its numerous forms and searching them wherever I go.
Thus one of my main purposes/ fixations is to show beauty (real, genuine, true beauty) through it (of any kind it may be) as much as possible and help people discover the ultimate visual (guilty) pleasures often forgotten today.
Now, since I myself abhor interminable presentations, let us decree this suffices to realize aestheticism, eccentricity, the culture of luxury and the refinement of self-knowledge will be plentiful topics on this blog, to better or worse.
I shouldn't have to add this but, since I'm "exhibiting" some of my very personal, original art here, I'd like my author rights to be dutifully respected: no "borrowing" without permission, please! Not if you have a bit of self preservation guiding your actions.
